About Our Office

Our headquarters sits in the Kootenay region of British Columbia, surrounded by the landscapes we love to share. While most communication happens via email, visitors are welcome during office hours—though we recommend emailing first since our team is often in the field scouting routes or leading tours.

Finding Us

Baker Street runs through downtown Nelson. We're located on the main commercial strip between Ward and Vernon streets, in a heritage building with a green painted brick facade. Street parking is available, and the office is a five-minute walk from the Greyhound station.

What to Expect When Visiting

Our office doubles as a resource library with field guides, topographic maps, and photo collections from years of tours. If you're local or passing through the area, stop by to browse itineraries, meet team members, and see our planning process firsthand.

Common Questions

Email us with your preferred tour and dates. We'll confirm availability, send detailed information, and guide you through the booking process. A deposit secures your spot, with the balance due 60 days before departure.

Absolutely. Share a bit about your interests, fitness level, travel style, and what you hope to experience in Canada. We'll recommend tours that match and explain why they might suit you.

We occasionally design custom itineraries for groups of 4-8 people with specific interests or scheduling needs. This requires more planning time and has different pricing. Email us to discuss possibilities.

Our cancellation policy varies based on timing. Full details are provided at booking. We strongly recommend travel insurance to protect your investment against unexpected events.

While we don't book flights, we provide guidance on reaching tour starting points, visa requirements for international travelers, and recommended arrival times. We can also suggest pre- or post-tour accommodations.
